Civil and Electrical Construction

The undertaking consist of an Electrical Consultant office, which specialize in high and low tension reticulation. Design of general electrical and specialized installations (fire detection, passive infrared alarm installations for new and existing buildings, design lightning protection installation for buildings, etc. Responsibility also include attending site meetings, inspection of electrical work done, executed by contractor. Discuss and solve problems on site in conjunction with electrical contractors. Responsibility include administrating the contract with issuing variation orders where revised layouts are received from architect. Variation orders and financial summary of contract cost are prepared and forwarded to the quantity surveyor to finalize the cost of the entire project.
