The doors of the restaurant and lodge were opened in October 2008. We do weddings with great success and also do catering for groups and year end functions. Furthermore we have facilities for conferences and have 15 years of experience in arranging conferences with great success. We also do award functions for up to 200 people - catering included! We offer accommodation for 40 people, some of the accommodation is self-catering and some guest rooms with bed and breakfast. We also cater for the backpacker. The restaurant offers a wide choice of good food and wine and the view from the deck is absolutely outstanding. This goes for our hospitality as well. Birdwatchers haven, fishing paradise, child friendly environment, swimming pool, canoeing and paddling on the river is just the extras that makes this place amazing. Plek Vanni Visarend makes friends of strangers, and these friends become family.
