Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Value.

I am disgusted at the behaviour of the Manager Jason in Langebaan!!! Not only was his first engagement with myself and grandfather sarcastic but when I told him the problem I have with the product and explaining to him that i would appreciate it if it could be looked at as I discussed it with the front desk,did he start with being absolutely rude and sarcastic about it! When I told him that he needs to change his behaviour was I told to leave the store?? And lied saying he is the owner and he will do as he pleases and once I told him to address me as Advocate (of which I am) he said that I can go and take him to court?! What a disgusting person/manager he is! I grew up going to Brights as a young girl with my father and grandfather and still today it is a Name I trust and as I moved to the West Coast a few years ago I take the drive from Velddrift to Langebaan each time I'm in need of any hardware, but to be treated in this manner is unacceptable!
