The Institute for Quality shaped its service to specialise in the changing education and training legislation in South Africa. The new legislation is fantastic and holds promise to build a productive society. The strength lies in its implementation that calls on all business to lead in the empowerment of South Africans. New thinking is needed. New energy with passion for developing South Africans, with firm commitment to support increased employment and develop productive citizens. Strategies to take our great legislation and translate it to workable action steps for employers are urgent.
