Situated between the foothills of the Southern Drakensberg and the KwaZulu Natal Midlands, Ashtonvale is a working farm with three magnificent waterfalls. Young children can enjoy interacting with farm animals and learn to milk a cow. A pony ride is arranged daily for them. With accommodation for between 75-80 people we are an ideal venue for family gatherings, church outings, sports clubs, wedding receptions, educational excursions for school groups and mini conferences. Porthill Farm is in the Southern Midlands of Natal and is a timber and sheep farm. It is the home of 4th, 5th and 6th generations and is our piece of heaven.

Being the only B & B graded by the TGCSA, we provide 4 star, luxury accommodation in Utrecht in six rooms each with an en-suite bathroom and private access to the garden. Rooms are equipped with aircondtioning, TV, tea and coffee making facilities as well as an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Breakfast and dinner are optional extrasf. Safe parking is availabe.
