At Israeli Krav Maga South Africa we train for the moment when all legal requirements, to escape GBH and possible death, have been exhausted. We train you to defend against physical, gun & knife threats as well as physical and knife attacks. We have Students who have been in situations where their safety & life have been compromised and every single one of them have used their Krav Maga training to fight or avoid what could have been a life endangering episode. Our techniques focus on the most basic & effective movements to overcome the danger, control the attack & either injure or escape. We train under controlled conditions & set a 100% benchmark of competence & perfection in the Dojo. I have 2 Dojos, the main one is in Alberton, we train on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6: 30pm to 8: 30pm & Saturday mornings, 9am to 12pm.
