Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Sometimes I do have to ask myself if it is because I'm black(BTW, I am not a racially oriented person) but it's was so obvious that it was the case in Verulam fnb branch, from Indians being taken from the back of the line to the front and how their 100% Indian staff treated an old guy who was in front of me. Moving on to the main point here, I find it atrocious that the old girl I spoke to at teller or counter 7 was clueless regarding my request. I had a problem with their backwards ewallet service, check on getting an ssm error and couldn't request a new pin as it took me to a page asking for cellphone banking pin, told the old girl that I didn't have fnb, for very good reasons too. She couldn't offer a solution that worked, she just told me to contact the sender for them to request a new pin, TF is that, I know that's not how it works, I tell her that, she uttered nonsensical words in my direction. I wouldn't recommend that branch at all f**k it, I wouldn't recommend fnb at all
