Our services fall into 5 categories: Administrative Services, Organising & Personal, Research, Marketing, and Content Creation. Our target market is Entrepreneurs, Business Owners (Small to Medium-sized businesses), and Medical Professionals in private practice. We serve both local and international clients. We are members of VeSA. Meetings are normally held via Zoom or Skype. Communication is done via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Documents are shared via Dropbox / One Drive / Google Drive. Calendars and Emails are accessed via the Internet. I work on cloud-based accounting software / Pastel Express. Clients courier their documents to me on a monthly or bi-monthly basis OR save in shared Dropbox folder. In instances where a client requires a face-to-face meeting / training / consultation, travel is at client
