SANTA is a community based NPO that is primarily involved in the fight against Tuberculosis and HIV / AIDS by making use of volunteers. We provide preventative, curative and rehabilitative services to people with TB and HIV / AIDS as well as to those affected by it. It is done with people living in the communities and with other interested stakeholders.

The Body Stress Release Association, which was founded in 1987, is a member of COCHASA, the Confederation of Complementary Health Associations of South Africa. It holds a three day annual conference which is attended by practitioners from all over the world. The members of the executive committee are elected at the annual general meeting which forms part of the three-day conference. The Association controls the mode of practice of practitioners in South Africa, and is governed by its constitution, a legal document by which all practitioners are bound. The purpose of the constitution is to maintain high professional standards of practice which ensure public safety. It provides a code of ethics, a framework to keep practitioners functioning within the scope of practice and disciplinary powers to deal with misconduct.

Autism Western Cape aims to increase public awareness and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders. We focus on providing support, counselling and advisory services to support the needs of children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, along with their parents and caregivers. We work on early intervention awareness and advocacy, as well as training, capacity building and skills transfer for parents, caregivers, teachers, ECD practitioners and other professionals. TB / HIV Care Association is a NPO that aims to improve TB management by increasing access to TB and HIV diagnosis, care, treatment and community-based adherence support. We have focussed specifically on the challenges associated with undiagnosed and untreated TB, HIV and STIs.

CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation is a country wide voluntary organisation. It brings together the parents of children who suffer from all varieties of cancer or life threatening blood disorders.

The South Africa Cystic Fibrosis Association (SACFA) is a Non-Profit Organisation, and as such is the primary cystic fibrosis support group and driver of advocacy for the treatment of cystic fibrosis in South Africa. Our objectives include communicating with the CF community, raising public awareness and promoting medical advancements. Fundraising is essential to sustain these objectives. Cystic Fibrosis is an inherited genetic disease that affects primarily the lungs and pancreas by clogging them with thick and sticky mucus.
