When the senior manager if customer care can't be bothered phoning and Debra Muller , ignores emails , then you must know that pick and pay is going to the dogs

Ughh Greenstone managers know their service is bad so they hide away at the back of the shop. Should a customer ask for them to be paged one can wait 15/20 minutes or until one gets tired of waiting and leaves...

My issue is exactly what Santell Eloff has experienced, but for TWO ORDERS. I have now been waiting almost 48 hours for an order that should've been delivered between 14h00 and 18h00 on Thursday, 1st Sep 2022, and 18 hours for an order that should've been delivered yesterday, 2nd Sep 2022. And I am a Sassa pensioner, I cannot spend more than I have already paid for. I have rated them as "Not Professional" and "Not Responsive." I have had ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from ANY of the PicknPay staff that I've tried to contact! Zip! except for these silly "auto response robots (chat bots?"). PicknPay sucks!! And I'm out of airtime after calls I've made for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! And please, PnP: DONT give me a "refund." I ordered to get the specials that you've offered. I WANT WHAT I'VE PAID FOR!!

So here i go and order AGAIN with my discount and the app deducted my money out of my account the delivery time is set for 16:00 - 17:00 20.11.2020. WOW the moment the app send me to my order being processed... THE DELIVERY IS SET FOR 21.11.2021 TOMORROW 12:00 - 13:00!!!! Seriously i placed that order at 15:30 today 20.11.2021!!!! This is ridiculous causing me to go to the nearest shop and buy the same goods spending more money then i would have! waiting 20 hours for my goods???? Causing me to now pay for the same goods twice!! After calling and spending all my airtime to HOLD for a call I ended up with no airtime and no customer support! No, I yet again need to send a mail complaining and hoping they will refund me and cancel my order as I already had to go and buy the goods. The order only was cancelled on 21.11.2021 at 09:00am. After sending again 6 emails to find out what the situation is they only tell my today 22.11.2021 that refund will take 3-10 business days!!!!

I recently had a very serious issue with a staff member (cashier) at your Liquor Store. The manager of the supermarket tried to handle this as the manager of the liquor store was off.. I tried to handle this with the manager of the supermarket and the CA and thought I would get some feedback. Laughable!!!!! They smooth talked me and to date I have heard nothing from them. This is the last time I will be shopping at the Bedfordview P'nP. Shocking service always!!!! Not to mention the rotten "price reduced" items

The staff are unfriendly, don't give way for customers to pass in aisle. The cashiers are rude unfriendly, not helpful The supervisor is non-existent. A great shame. And managers are not interested. Very sad
