I ordered 2 products, one of which was more important than the other. A message to say that there was a delay with the 2nd item, somehow never made it to me. I made contact because time was running out for me to get the important item and needless to say I was not impressed to hear that my order was on hold as time was now an issue. Janece surprised and impressed me by getting the important item packed and shipped, collected and onto the airplane that same day and it was delivered to me, in Gauteng, the next morning. She offered to refund the money for the 2nd item (item and shipment cost) as she sent the important item at her own cost. Because of her customer service, how she stepped in and took charge of the dire situation and got my parcel to me, I did not want the refund and I received my 2nd item later that week. Janece, in many businesses today, customer service seems to be a foreign concept. You are exceptional and I wish VIntage Lover the greatest success.
