Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

I took my mom there and was disappointed by how there is no communication whatsoever from reception. We had an appointment, but the dr was not there the whole morning and no one apologised to the patients (or communicated). And the dr didn’t even greet the patients when he arrived at the parking (he just passed like he was passing rocks). Some patients were waiting outside since the waiting area was crowded. You can’t have sick people waiting for over 6 hours, that’s disrespectful!
