    Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

    I have worked with the East London branch before been assisted by Vernan.The service was good no troubles whatsoever, he kept me updated went as further as sending me the pictures when they collected the car.that's how this service should be. However I have recently went to durban branch hoping for the same service but unfortunately not. I was assisted by two different individuals namely Derrick and Sandy. Their communication was terrible, I had to call around just to get one simple update and hardly answered the calls.especially when I called the branch just on hold til I hung up.No response and no accountability and I am genuinely disappointed in the way they handled everything and the service I received from Durban branch. Thank you to Vernan and Jason again ,for sorting it out quickly and in a professional manner.
