    I would like to express my gratitude towards Khanyisa Mapelana residing at Cleary Park branch Port Elizabeth for her incredible assistance. Her patients and kindness toward me were professional. I was most upset because of my situation and could not breathe because nothing was going right. She did not hesitate nor did she get irritated. She dealt with my situation in a calm and professional way. She told me that she will get my claim sorted out which she did that very day.
