    Update: The CEO contacted me in person, refunded me and settled the issue with apologies for the delayed experience. Sorted I payed for a laptop battery which needed to be brought in overseas and I'd needed to wait 2 months for it so I canceled the order and asked for a refund which wasnt happening:
